War has come to America. However, many Christians haven’t realized this yet. It started in 2001 and intensified under Barak Obama when a jihadi mowed down soldiers at Fort Hood.
I won’t take time to list the other locations where the enemy has struck, leaving it to you to research.
After what transpired in NYC, NJ and Minnesota last weekend, we are now living like the Israeli’s – always under the threat of being attacked.
There’s two reasons for this. First, we’ve kicked God out of the culture, telling Him we don’t need Him, or His laws, any longer (John 15:5).
We haven’t realized that He has lifted His protective Hand off of us. And yet, in spite of our disobedience, in mercy, He Providentially intervened by using an off-duty cop in Minnesota, Jason Falconer, to “double-tap” the attacker who was slashing shoppers – giving him his wish, “a one-way ticket to paradise.”
The bombings in NYC and NJ could have been far worse with more casualities had the other explosive devices detonated. Coincidence or Mercy? You know the answer.
Secondly, many don’t know our history and that we are to be active in stopping the spread of tyranny. However, prosperity got the best of many of us and we went to sleep while enjoying the good life.
In the meantime, thieves were elected and corrupted not only the form of government and it’s process, but our morals.
But, the fault lies with us, because we let them get away with it!
Some think Andrew Jackson was a bad president. Admittedly, I have more studying to do on his time in office (1829-37), but as a soldier I loved him.
As president, when the Supreme Court rendered an opinion overstepping their constitutional boundary he told them to bag it; “The Chief Justice has rendered his opinion, now let him enforce it.”
That’s gutsy! That’s the solider coming through. O, to have a statesman like that today!
He became a Christian later in life due to the strong influence of his lovely wife Rachel and in his Farewell Address he said: “Providence has showered on this favored land blessings without number and has chosen you as the guardians of freedom, to preserve it for the benefit of the human race. May He who holds in His hands the destinies of nations make you worthy of the favors He has bestowed, and enable you, with pure hearts and hands and SLEEPLESS VIGILANCE, to guard and defend to the end of time, the great charge He has committed to your keeping.”
President Obama advanced an agenda of lawlessness and poked God in the eye in the process.
His continual disdain for Israel is putting us in the trick bag and could be one huge reason, among many, why attacks at home are increasing.
We, nor Congress, has held him and other elected officials accountable, fearing reprisal rather than doing what’s morally right.
So, let me ask you, do you fear man and what they’ll say or do to you, more than you fear God? You answer that for yourself.
We’re in deep trouble and it’s not enough to say, “God’s got it” while going on our merry way waiting for the ‘Happy Day Express” to come get us.
We don’t understand the effects of tyranny, nor do many understand what it’s like to fight for our way of life.
However, we’ll soon find out.
