imagesThe next time corrupt politicians call for gun control in light of a horrific tragedy, Remember, you only have two options:

You can do nothing, and surrender your weapon and end up like these poor men.KZ Mauthausen, Sowjetische Kriegsgefangene

Or, you can stand and defend your rights (and lives) like these guys did.troiani-lexington-green

What Lincoln would say about these horrible tragedies? When you’re in church tomorrow and your pastor trips all over himself attempting to define the madness taking place, consider the words from Abraham Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address. Next, substitute the word abortion for slavery and you’ll have your answer.cropped-lincoln1-web-c1

“If we shall suppose that American Slavery is one of those offences which, in the providence of God, must needs come, but which, having continued through His appointed time, He now wills to remove, and that He gives to both North and South, this terrible war, as the woe due to those by whom the offence came, shall we discern therein any departure from those divine attributes which the believers in a Living God always ascribe to Him?

Fondly do we hope–fervently do we pray–that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue, until all the wealth piled by the bond-man’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash, shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said “the judgments of the Lord, are true and righteous altogether.”

Lincoln quoted Psalm 19:9 and as one old time preacher put it; “There is God’s law of retribution…As they sowed so would they reap.” (1)

Yes, “the judgements of the Lord are true and righteous.” Our country has played with fire with the right to life issues, marriage and Israel.

When a nation goes against the Lord, they lose. You won’t hear this in most church’s tomorrow because most of the pastor’s don’t have a clue as to what’s taking place.

America must deal with the issue that all life is sacred, just like we did with slavery. If not, things will only get worse.

There are those who do understanding what’s going on , but lack the moral courage to stand and tell it like it is. Those guys should retire or give their paychecks back.
