If I were involved in a street fight I’d want Joe Biden on my side, because he knows how to fight dirty.

Street thugs will ‘sucker punch’ their opponent to gain the advantage, and while they’re on the ground they will continue their beat down as they attempt to recover.

Biden, a career politician since 1973, knowingly deceived the American people during Thursday’s vice-presidential debate when speaking about Libya and taxing the rich. As one popular radio host reminds us, “when Biden and other Democrats talk about taxing rich people remember, they are the rich!” (1)

They are self-serving demagogues who claim they will make life tough on the very people they have become.

Let me take a few moments to paint a brief portrait of a real American Patriot from Delaware, his name is Caesar Rodney. Rodney rode over eighty miles in stormy weather to break the deadlock for Independence. After riding all night, he arrived in Philadelphia in the early afternoon and was so exhausted he had to be carried into ‘the Hall’ to cast his vote.

He paid a huge price for placing his signature on the Declaration because he was suffering from facial cancer, and the only doctor treating the disease was in England. Any hopes of being cured had now vanished.

Rodney never sought political office, but when things started heating up, especially after the Samp Act was enacted, he took a more active role. He was chosen one of three delegates to represent Delaware because of his convictions, character and humility. His vote was very important, because the other two delegates were split on whether or not Delaware should separate.

Although very ill and in severe pain, Rodney served as a Major General in the Delaware Militia and saw action on the battlefield. After the war, he served in the state legislature and in Congress before dying at the age of fifty-five.

Mr. Rodney shunned the spotlight, preferring to remain behind the scenes, that is until his country called. When it did, he would alway put his constitutents and the nation before himself.

Think Biden would do the same for you?
