When it comes to looking at things through the eyes of scripture, those who are not Christians are as blind as bats (2 Corinthians 4:4).
The same can be said about the over-whelming majority who do.
Christians have “the mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16), if we take time to peruse Scripture and learn to apply what was on His heart. Problem is, we don’t.
Horace Greeley said it is impossible to “mentally and socially enslave a Bible reading people.” We don’t know what God has done concerning our freedoms and civil liberties (Judges 2:10 and Hosea 4:6). In order to continue enjoying them we need to re-learn our history and open “the Book.”
How many Christians are aware the Obama Administration is continually “conspiring against the American people?” (1)
They have to destroy the foundations first and replace them with something more sinister and oppressive.
1). Are you aware the Obama Administration is using tax money to advise “global banks on ways to get money to Iran.” (2)
Stop and think what’s taking place – This administration is advising a sworn enemy of the United States, one that is behind the deaths of American troops, how to get around sanctions imposed by our country.
If they get that coin, they’ll also use it to try and destroy Israel. How do you think this will sit with God, who’s going to set up shop in Jerusalem one day?
2). The Administration is using their might to bully North Carolina into capitulating to their agenda, (what we once called perversion) and allow men in women’s restrooms.
A number of major corporations jumped on board, threatening to pull out of the state, crying discrimination. All the while, these corporations have no problem doing ‘bidness’ with countries that have not only outlawed homosexual behavior, but have whacked them.
Talk-show host Hugh Hewitt writes; “I have long had problems with the cries of discrimination related to LGBT because in the end, being LGBT is a behavior. Urges are not characteristics. Serial killers, for example, obviously have very deep seated urges to do what they do; it is characteristically part of their personality – that does not mean we are going to legalize murder.
Yet we seem to want to argue when it comes to the LGBT urge that it is a characteristic; therefore it is discriminatory to prevent them from marrying, etc.
The “does not harm” standard seems to be where we draw the line, but that is highly problematic. Same-sex marriage has already resulted in all kinds of harm to institutions and individuals whose deeply held religious convictions make them opposed to same-sex marriage. Maybe no physical harm has been caused, but the fiscal harm is very real and very measurable.” (3)
3). New York Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman and colleagues from Massachusetts, Virginia, Connecticut, Maryland and Vermont have teamed up with Al Gore to go after companies (Exxon Mobil and CEI) in order to silence them from speaking out against climate change – using taxpayer money to do it.
These are nothing but “Soviet-style tactics” (4) to silence opposition and change our form of government.
Mark Levin said the president should be impeached for what’s he’s done with Iran alone – “it’s what we used to call treason.” However, with our worthless, self-centered Congress nothing will be done unless the people start making noise and putting heat on them.
John Jay said; “Every member of the State ought diligently read and study the Constitution of his country, and teach the rising generation to be free. By knowing their rights, they will sooner perceive when they are violated, and be the better prepared to defend and assert them.” (5)
