However, if the people are liars, they’ll get a liar. If they’re arrogant, they’ll get someone who reflects that trait.
However, this government was founded on Christian principles and was set up for the people to become actively involved. It means more than just voting.

The majority of people bought the lie of the media, failed to examine the background of the current president, and the results are evident to all.

The voters are the ones to blame for this selection, not God (even though Providentially things are working according to His plan).

I would disagree on but one point. You said: “I take the position God judges nations based on the stands it leaders take …”

It is my observation, that GOD gives a nation the leaders it deserves. And if that be so….I dare not imagine our next leader – if – we even get to vote for another. Either way, either view does not bode well for us.
